It’s almost Independence Day, July 4th, and time for fireworks! 🎆

City of Marion Municipal Code 7-2014 states that fireworks may only be used, fired, shot, or discharged on July 3 and July 4 from 5:00 PM until 11:00 PM. Please be mindful of neighbors, pets, veterans, and those who may have PTSD, as well as those who still have to work. The fine amount for any violation of this Municipal Code is $1087.50.
